RECIPES: Raspberry Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/2 cup bob’s red mill gluten-free baking 1-1 flour
- 4 tbsp ghee (coconut oil is also fine)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 375F.

In a large bowl mix the almond meal, flour, salt, and baking soda together. Add in the raspberries.

In a separate bowls, whisk the almond milk, eggs, ghee, and honey together.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and then add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated.

Cover an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread out evenly.

Bake in the oven for 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Slice and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Using ghee will give the bars a yummy buttery taste.
